I want to reiterate there are many issues with housing as well as lux RV. I am not an expert as I have never stepped inside an RV. But with the demographic picture of Boomers retiring and wishing to downsize, a massive land mass of America, and the troubled RV market, I suspect hundreds of thousands of boomers will sell their homes vs passing them down, and then take the equity to live in an RV and at premium camp sites across the USA like the network of KOA and others.
No Real estate tax. NO HOA. You domicile in TX or FL and no cap gains tax on retirement income. (I am not your Advisor, see the URL)
